Okotoks
The Town of Okotoks worked with municipal partners to inform the Sheep River watershed communities on the structure, function and dynamics of the terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems that comprise watersheds. The tools it developed in the course of the project will support decision making that balances restoration, long-term protection and informed management of water and watersheds with social considerations
