Objectives

The Earth Analysis Workbench was undertaken to achieve the following objectives:

• An online GIS application that interfaces directly with CGDI.
• An online introduction to geography and GIS, with an emphasis towards practical applications.

Outcomes

• A direct tutorial of the CGDI
• A list of applications that can be used with data from CGDI.
• A lesson on geography and GIS, with 5 chapters of content, and interactive exercises. This content is targeted towards students and the general public, with a goal of being accessible to anyone with at least a grade 8 education.
